The wild women of the Old West were a breed unlike any other. In a time when the popular phrase was, "Go West, young man", a few brave and firey women joined the westward expansion.

Times were tough, so a girl had to be cautious; still they held their own in a rough-and-tumble country. Many used their feminine charm to dazzle the menfolk for business or pleasure, mostly business.

Saloon girls were a common site in "boom towns", or wherever loney men could be found. With their grace and wit, they added romance to a new land. We will always remember them as the wild and shady ladies they were.
