The Old West was a place and time unique to any other spanse of history. It was an age that saw great bounty, and also great hardships. It was an era ruled for the most part by the gun.

When disputes arose, the fastest gun was called upon to settle matters. Men became what we call today Gunfighters, those who took the law into their own hands. The absence of lawmen in remote territories created great villains who thought little of robbery and murder.

Many gunfighters took it upon themselves to bring about justice. It was not an easy task, their lives were constantly put on the line to keep the peace, but they lived and died by the gun. Some of them later became sheriffs and marshals, others remained simply bold individuals who fought bravely when necessary.
